Registration Policy & Candidate Enrollment Guidelines
This Registration Policy defines the eligibility criteria, enrollment process, documentation requirements, payment conditions, and ethical obligations for candidates applying to the Pharmaceutical Microbiology Competency Certification (PMCC).
1. Purpose of Registration Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure a fair, transparent, and standardized registration process for all candidates seeking PMCC certification at Basic and Expert (SME) levels.
2. Certification Levels Available for Registration
Level 1 – Basic (Access Qualification)
- Intended for personnel entering pharmaceutical manufacturing or microbiology areas
- No prior certification required
- Completion of training module mandatory before examination
Level 2 – Expert / SME
- Intended for Microbiologists, QA professionals, Supervisors
- Basic certification recommended
- Minimum 1 year relevant pharmaceutical experience required
3. Eligibility Criteria

4. Registration Process

5. Required Documentation
- Government-issued Photo Identification
- Educational Qualification Certificate (Expert Level)
- Experience Certificate (Expert Level)
- Declaration of Ethical Compliance
6. Registration Validity
- Registration is valid for 90 days from approval date
- Candidate must appear for examination within validity period
- Failure to attend within validity requires re-registration
7. Examination Fees & Payment Policy
Examination fees shall be clearly communicated prior to registration. Payment confirmation is mandatory before examination scheduling.
- Fees are non-transferable
- Payment receipt will be issued
- Applicable taxes may apply
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before examination date
- Administrative charges may apply
- No refund for absence without prior notice
- Rescheduling allowed once (subject to approval)
